INTERNSHIPS & RECRUITMENT

UMBC is committed to supporting the constantly evolving needs of the workforce, and has a wide range of strategies for connecting employers with students and graduates who can meet the unique employment needs of those companies. We take great pride in working closely with employers—large and small—to meet their needs, whether they include developing an internship program, seeking part-time employees with specific skills, implementing a comprehensive college recruitment program or raising corporate visibility on campus.

UMBC graduates are among the most highly sought-after employees in the region. By almost any measure, UMBC students and graduates are among the most talented and diverse in the nation.

Please contact Monique Armstrong, Assistant Director, Corporate Relations, at 410-455-1879 to learn how to connect with our outstanding students.
